Automated Prayer Project 1.0

Its a computer that every 30 seconds displays a prayer on the screen and then sends it to a random port of a random computer on the net using UDP. I don't know why but I really like it. I can understand how the project can have some very negative implications but there is something about it that I really do enjoy - there is something beautiful about it.

I guess this is also proof that postmodern art doesn't have to be trash/abstract/kitsch/etc and that it can be straightforward and accessible. I think/hope that more and more very elegant works are going to be produced in the postmodern movement in the next couple years, and I get the impression that a lot of it is not going to come from 'artists'.
